The project plan by steps
1. NAT, DHCP on Pfsense
3. Make the clients (Debian/Ubuntu)
4. LTSP server (Debian / Ubuntu)
5. Setup the webserver in Ubuntu ( the subject is not defined yet )

Project Diagram
As on the diagram you guys can see, we have three VMs ( Virtual Machine ) made on one host PC. The virtual machines are connected to an internal network.On the VM1 and VM2 we will use Debian or Ubuntu OS. For NAT and DHCP we will be using Pfsense. VM2 will be an LTSP server. The OS of the VM client can be Debian or Ubuntu aswell.
